@LefterisJP @devanshmehta The whole point of a job is money. Otherwise I would just work on cool OSS stuff and call it a day. And my argument is that $100/hr isn't exorbitant. Not that good devs only come for exorbitant pay.

@LefterisJP @devanshmehta It's not. The average doesn't matter. The average dev in India makes 1/20th a dev in Google India. If you want the best you gotta pay up. I literally charge AND DO make more and I'm not even close to being the best.
