BREAKING: CRUDE OIL DEPARTS IRAN FOLLOWING A TWO MONTH LONG NAVY BLOCKADE
According to AIS data which we corroborated yesterday (2026-06-15) by satellite imagery, at least two National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) VLCC supertankers named DIONA (9569695) and HERO2 (9362073) have exited the US Navy blockade perimeter carrying a combined total of 3.8 million barrels of Iranian crude oil between them.
These are Iran's first crude oil exports in two months.
We can also see that NITC's STREAM (9569633) is approaching the blockade line from the EEZ of Pakistan; where she spent the past 7 weeks waiting to enter Iran.

Hezbollah: We congratulate the Islamic Republic of Iran, its leadership and people, on the great achievement of reaching a memorandum of understanding between it and the United States of America, which led to a comprehensive ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon. This great achievement is the result of the legendary resilience, exceptional steadfastness, and immense sacrifices made by the dear Iranian people and their wise leadership in adhering to national choices that preserve their dignity, sovereignty, and independence.
We also extend our greetings to all the dignified, honorable, and courageous people who uphold the resistance, and to our displaced brothers, in recognition of their patience, endurance, and steadfastness, and their sacrifices and efforts in confronting this barbaric aggression. They have truly proven to be a proud people, as described by the Martyr of the Nation, His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
We salute the leadership and heroic fighters of the resistance, the strong shield and fortress of our homeland, who sacrificed their pure blood and souls for the dignity of their nation and their people, and fought heroic battles that made the Israeli enemy realize some of their weaknesses and taste the bitter defeat.
We affirm that what has been achieved is a prelude to completing the path of full liberation of our land, the return of our prisoners to their homeland and families, and the return of all people, especially those from the frontline villages, to their villages and homes, and the reconstruction of what was destroyed by the aggression. We call on our steadfast people to wait and follow the instructions of the relevant authorities regarding the safe return to their villages and towns, in order to ensure their safety and avoid any risks that may arise from possible Israeli aggression.
The Israeli enemy must understand that there is no return to before March 2nd, and that the resistance, which has always been and remains the vigilant eye protecting our homeland and its people, will not accept any aggression that violates our national sovereignty and the blood of our people. The resistance will continue to uphold Lebanon's legitimate and firm right to defend its land, its people, and its sovereignty until the complete withdrawal and the return of the prisoners are achieved.
Therefore, we emphasize that this stage requires the Lebanese authorities and all political forces to return to a unified national position to achieve the goals that unite the Lebanese people and that serve Lebanon's interests and preserve its sovereignty and strength in the face of the Israeli enemy's ambitions. It is wise to review all the calculations and paths that the authorities have followed, and to learn from this experience and previous experiences that our homeland, Lebanon, has gone through, and to avoid illusions and losing bets, and to acknowledge that a unified Lebanese position and reliance on true friends is the best way to safeguard national interests.
They're also not evenly-sized or symmetric constituencies.
Trotskyists do go around calling every historical socialist experiment "Stalinist" and every ongoing socialist experiment "betrayed." They exist in reaction to Stalin.
But "Stalinists" don't self-ID that way.
Olgin and Losurdo (among others) have both written well about why this disagreement remains relevant: Stalin and Trotsky are historical "avatars" for different constituencies.
I'd concede that centering their names confuses more than clarifies, but who's got a good alternative?
