Last night a federal judge dropped a bombshell.

The U.S. government and the State of California are permanently barred from punishing doctors for telling their own patients the truth about COVID, the “vaccines,” ivermectin, and everything the official narrative tried to force down our throats.

In Kory v. Bonta, Senior U.S. District Judge William B. Shubb just ordered California’s Attorney General, the Medical Board, the Osteopathic Board, and anyone acting for them to stop investigating, stop prosecuting, stop harassing, and stop threatening the licenses of doctors who dare to disagree with the state’s script.

Found inside the provider fact sheet for the Moderna shot... "increased risks of myocarditis and pericarditis, with the onset of symptoms typically in the first week following vaccination. The observed risk has been highest in males 12 years through 24 years of age." We don't know if it's causing myocarditis in babies because they aren't being tested for it. What is the justification for putting anyone at risk for this very serious heart condition, especially since the shots don't work?

The truth:

People think the flu shot works every year. It doesn’t. CDC data show wild swings in relative efficacy — sometimes barely above chance.

The absolute benefit most years is only 1–3%, meaning 97–99% of people gain no direct protection.

Here’s 20 years of relative vs absolute numbers 👇

2004–05: ~10% relative (≈0.5% absolute) — catastrophic H3N2 mismatch.

2005–06: ~20% relative (≈1% absolute) — mismatch again.

2006–07: ~52% relative (≈2–3% absolute) — good match at last.

Newsom loses again.

California passed AB 2098, a law that threatened doctors with professional discipline for giving patients COVID advice that departed from the government-approved “scientific consensus.”

Doctors fought back, arguing the law violated the First Amendment. AB 2098 was ultimately repealed, but the legal fight didn’t end there.

Now another major victory: in Kory v. Bonta, a federal judge has granted a preliminary injunction protecting Dr. Pierre Kory and his fellow plaintiffs from California officials investigating or disciplining them over the COVID-related professional opinions they communicate to patients.

The government does not get to establish medical orthodoxy and then threaten doctors’ licenses for questioning it.

Years ago, I treated an MS patient who had Lyme causing his illness. He was disabled, with lots of demyelination on his MRI's. Happily, he responded well to long term antimicrobials, got off disability, and had dramatic resolution of most of the demyelinating lesions in his brain and spine.

His neurologist at first refused to accept it, kept writing "chronic Lyme" in quotes in the medical notes, to imply that it was a fictitious condition (docs can be so petty). He attributed the improvements to spontaneous remission for the first year or so, but after a while he begrudgingly admitted that the antimicrobials must have helped.

Literally 20 years later I had a patient with that same neurologist. She had a diagnosis of possible MS, wasn't disabled, but had very significant quality of life impairments due to numbness and weakness. I found evidence of Lyme so I treated her too. And happily her neurologic symptoms resolved by more than 95%.

When I got a copy of her notes from that same neurologist, he was still putting "chronic Lyme" in quotes. Still refused to believe his patients as well as his own eyes.

The moral of the story: Some docs are stubborn morons who will never change.
