@lufthansa Worst experience I’ve had for a pre planned trip for business combined with pleasure, automatic cancellations followed by automatic re-bookings (non optimal routes, times) and all inbound communication was shutdown for multiple days, so refusing a rebooking was an option, except you couldn’t submit it. This caused my daughters flight to be a “no show”
Resulting our return leg being cancelled. Only option I had was to book her on a highly inflated business class seat just to get her home. As Lufthansa takes advantage o
