Here's the short version: your earnings will run on credits. 1,000 credits = $1.00. Fixed rate. Always.

That means the number you see will be the number you get. You'll finish a task, your earnings will go up by a known amount, and they'll stay there. Not more the next morning, not less. What you earn is what you keep.

Cashing out will get bigger too. From August 10 you'll be able to cash out to PayPal, bank transfer, prepaid Visa and Mastercard, Wise, Revolut, Venmo, or pick from thousands of gift cards — Amazon, Steam, PlayStation, Netflix, Spotify, Nike, Uber, and a long list after that.
