Making a Printer table, final version. The audio issues have been addressed. And there is a long term commitment to go into a studio on a weekly basis for new projects going forward.
A role in not connecting? It can, there are so many posts that help create divisions. Most seniors are not on X and don't know how bad rents have gotten. Many are kind hearted and would help if they knew. A measurable percent would pass the house on to the person living with them. This happened in my neighborhood.
@ricwe123 Yeah, now imagine him with a background with so many fireworks, the smoke from the fireworks obscures the fireworks!!
See, he's not that sensible.
@VladTheInflator 28% of seniors live alone, 9% with food insecurity. Most have a spare bedroom, they can rent to you for a fraction of what your real enemy is charging you.
Here's how

@VladTheInflator The right way for young people to deflate asset prices, is to find a senior who is living alone, has a spare bedroom, is struggling financially, and isn't greedy. Start your search here.

@DrewVento Use that to your advantage. There are many people paying absurd rents who could cut rent to a tiny fraction by moving into someone's spare bedroom. Maybe not for you, but if anyone does it, rents drop for everyone.

@RoyIsThaTruth That's way too greedy. Find someone with a spare room, who isn't greedy, but actually in need. Lots of people are struggling, and if your ability to get along well with a real person, adds one more unit to the market, everyone's price goes down.

What keeps young people from connecting with them? Prejudice, reflected in words like, boomer.
