@united I am trying to book a flight and utilize 3 credits. One of them is not allowing me to. No one can tell me why. One agent tried to combine them, one transferred me mid conversation after telling me I only have 1 credit. This has to be easier. Can’t I speak to someone on the phone?

@Keurig Yes I have. They unfortunately weren’t able to help me. After asking questions they deemed it broken. It’s only 2 years old! My last keurig lasted almost 10 years before I sold it to “upgrade”. I’m so disappointed!

Really disappointed with my @Keurig. I had the vue for almost 10 years & decided to “upgrade”, but had no issues. Bought the duo & it died 2 years in. Tried to troubleshoot being stuck in descale mode, and they could do nothing. So what’s everyone’s favorite coffee maker?
