@Ask_Spectrum I have spoken with you all on the phone everyday this week. I have a work order in, and have had a technician at my house for FOUR HOURS a week ago. And I’ve only been with Spectrum since DECEMBER!

@LouMetro311 Guess what? Recycling missed AGAIN in the 600 Block of Eastlawn Ave. It never fails - we get one pickup per month if we’re lucky!

@Dillards I purchased a dress recently that was FULL of grease and oil spots!! Didn’t think I had to check for that at Dillards. It’s past the return date, so I’m stuck. VERY disappointed.

@LouMetro311 Once again, recycling in 40211 neighborhoods was not picked up. And before you “explain” that recycling changed to every other week, I already know that. The last recycling was picked up two weeks ago today. But not today. It’s being picked up once per month.

That’s the point…it is NOT being picked up every other week. I call and email solid waste, and it still doesn’t get picked up until two weeks later - MAYBE!

@louisvillekygov Once again, recycling was not picked up on the scheduled date in 40211. This is habitually, ridiculously, poor service.

@LouMetro311 Has household recycling moved to once per month? Neighborhoods in the 40211 and 40212 are lucky to get one pick up per month, so I’m guessing we’re down to once per month in 2023?
