@MyBaggageHQ I arranged next day delivery on package. Recipient at home to receive, was refreshing tracker, could see van in area then got failed delivery notice. No van arrived at door, no card left. Your email response saying 3 business days. Can you help?

Great inconvenience having already taken 3 days at home for delivery. Appalling service. Though I will say, the people on you helpline are very pleasant.

@MyBaggageHQ 7 days since I booked next day delivery @parcelforce claiming 3 attempts. Recipient there to receive each time. Yesterday she tracked the van, stood outside in rain and flagged down driver. He told her he took bag off the van as she hadn't been there previously. 1/2
