@BeeNetwork Did you read my post? Bus went the wrong way, tram stopped early, no help from staff, bus full. How is any of that impacted by accidents in other areas?

@BeeNetwork Trams stopped at Timperley. Where is a passenger expected to go then? No guidance at tram stop. Which bus and where from to actually get the Altrincham as expected.

@nationaltrust the attacking dog remained in the deer park for another couple of hours. Could you please put up extra really clear signs that dogs need to be on a lead in the deer park (this was near the mill) & please are the deer ok? TY 3/3

@nationaltrust this afternoon at @DunhamMasseyNT a family had their large dog off lead in the deer park. The dog very quickly went for a small group of around 4/5 deer and chased them. They managed eventually to recall the dog but unbelievably another family 1/2

@nationaltrust then witnessed this and let their dog off too. They were told not to and their arguement was that their dog was well behaved. It’s an on short lead only park but will minimal signs. The ranger truck was there fast but we don’t know if the deer are ok. 2/3

Just so others don’t have any disappointment - if you downloaded or signed up for one of the free @nationaltrust passes you CANNOT use it at @tatton_park.

I suggest you try @NTLymePark, @DunhamMasseyNT, Quarry Bank, Hare Hill or Little Moreton Hall instead 👍

@hm can you share your complaints / customer service contact info please? Unfortunately when directed to the app clicking on ‘customer service’ only gives the option of returns that you charge for or tracking. When receiving damaged goods I’d like more options than that.

@LucyandWilbur @HearingDogs Lucy that’s such awful news 😢. We had one stolen locally and after a bit of a Facebook campaign it was quietly put back … here’s hoping the same happens there xx Not all people are bad please don’t let them get you down you do amazing things xx
