Trayvon Bromell announces he is shutting the season down and undergoing surgery. He has a bone spur in his right leg. He underwent surgery on his leg leg after the 2016 Olympics. Took him 3 years to get back.

Your timing is your timing!

Rest your mind, your thoughts, and your spirit. You can’t miss what is meant for you. It will be so unexplainable and unexpected how it happens, but it will. You must know this. Needing to figure out everything can pull your energy away from where it belongs.

Deep down you always knew that what’s meant for you would happen and it always does somehow someway. It’s miraculous actually, but also so normal since it’s your natural state to trust first instead of frantically rushing to try to make something work when in reality your intention and thought was already at work.
