@resend@zenorocha It would be great to have an AI that can handle subscriptions to all types of emails, including spammy ones. We could make this "unsubscribe" in the email content to work without even opening the pages.
ai bros are just the worst
they are actively discouraging an entire new fleet of noobs getting into software engineering with literally no proof that ai will take over software in "6 months."
A verdade eh q as pessoas devem ter o direito de expressão em um país democrático. Aos poucos estamos sendo corrompidos e aceitando esses absurdos calados.

🚨🇧🇷 URGENT: Brazil is heading towards a totalitarian dictatorship.
My name is Simon, and I am a European living in Brazil. I left Europe after facing political persecution for criticizing the Covid measures. Now, I fear similar issues in my new home, Brazil.
Currently, events are unfolding rapidly here, so I have summarized them for you, along with some background information.
In Brazil, @Alexandre de Moraes, a Supreme Court justice and the head of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), has been a central figure in recent controversies surrounding the country's democratic processes and freedom of speech. He is considered the most powerful person in this country.
Before the 2022 presidential election between Lula and Bolsonaro, de Moraes was accused of suppressing opposition voices and imposing censorship on social media platforms. He was reported to have pressured Twitter, and other Big Tech companies, to censor accounts that supported Bolsonaro and criticized the electoral process. This pressure was part of a broader effort to control the narrative and limit criticism of the electoral process and the Supreme Court's actions.
The 'Twitter Files Brazil' now revealed that de Moraes demanded the censorship of hashtags and accounts that were critical of the electoral process and the Supreme Court. This censorship was enforced through the threat of significant fines and the suspension of tech companies that did not comply. These actions were an overreach of judicial power and a violation of free speech.
In summary, the Twitter Files revealed how Alexandre de Moraes...
▪️ began demanding increased censorship power and
▪️ used censorship to unconstitutionally interfere in elections.
Almost all Big Tech companies have bowed to this demand. Those who didn't, such as @rumblevideo, are still blocked in Brazil.
Additionally, de Moraes' actions have been linked to a crackdown on printed ballots. He has been criticized for not allowing printed ballots during the 2022 election, which most likely have compromised the integrity of the voting process.
Yesterday night, de Moraes demanded the censorship of many high-profile Brazilian accounts on X as a result of the publication of the Brazilian Twitter Files. One hour later, @elonmusk stated that @X would defy the court’s order, and lift all restrictions.
Given that @alexandre has the biggest ego in the world, there is a fear that he will soon block and sue X in Brazil. Therefore, a piece of advice to my Brazilian followers: please get a VPN, such as @ProtonVPN, and share this post. Let's show the whole world what a dangerous demagogue Alexandre de Moraes is, so that international pressure on him increases before it's too late.
If we don't act today, then we'll wake up in a totalitarian dictatorship tomorrow; and this person is the last dictator under whose regime I'd want to live. #FreeSpeechBrazil
