So @united we are back to square one!!! Can’t use the points, can’t use the travel credit because, because and because…this is not a good business practice or an ethical one!

Dear @united I have an active itinerary and trying to select a paid seat using a credit but the system is not allowing. Can’t use points also. Why is there so many restrictions???? What’s the point of having united premier card and points when we can’t use them? Not good!
