The first known appearance of the US-made Mobile Anti-Air Weapons Launcher – Reconfigurable (MAAWLR) short-range air defense system in Ukraine.

In the footage, the vehicle, developed by the American Sierra Nevada Corporation company, can be seen being targeted by a Russian FPV drone.

MAAWLR is a light, low-cost platform dedicated for countering unmanned aerial vehicles. The system is based on the Battery Revolving Adaptive Weapons Launcher - Reconfigurable (BRAWLR) established on a pick-up chassis.

The BRAWLR can have its pylons swapped to fire a wide variety of munitions, including AIM-9, AIM-120, AIM-132, IRIS-T, APKWS II and R-27. The vehicle is also equipped with the MX-15 optoelectronic complex for target detection and tracking.

It isn't publicly known how many MAAWLR air defense systems have been delivered to Ukraine.

One of the newly published videos captures several An-196 Liutyi long-range strike drones flying at extremely low altitude on their final approach to the target.

Ukrainian attack drones successfully hit a major Russian fuel distribution depot in Krasnodar Krai this morning, setting it ablaze.

The site had been hit just a week ago, with Ukrainian forces appearing to be intent on fully knocking it out.

Ground-level BDA of Ukrainian strikes with domestic-produced FP-5 Flamingo long-range cruise missiles on the VNIIR-Progress plant located in the Russian city of Cheboksary, Republic of Chuvashia.

VNIIR-Progress is a leading Russian developer, manufacturer, and supplier of relay protection and automation systems; automated process control systems (APCS); electronic modules; and electrical and radio-electronic products.

One of its main products is the jamming-resistant "Kometa" navigation module for Shahed/Geran-type long-range OWA UAVs, as well as cruise and ballistic missiles.

The strikes took place in the morning of June 10, 2026.
