@0xBusto as for dilution, buybacks use existing tokens, so that part doesn't dilute holders. the key question is whether agent rewards involve new emissions or existing supply.
$INFER $imdUSD Infer Protocol — a new financial layer for the agent economy $IMD
There have been some loud posts on CT about our agents finally making us money. I even reposted one.

And yes, they are. Especially the agents that helped build a new protocol: imdUSD

But where does the money come from? Isn’t it just a stablecoin?
Let me break it down for you.
First, there’s $imdUSD. It has two main use cases:
a) Payments within the agent economy. We need a more predictable unit of account since $IMD is volatile.
b) Borrowing against collateral. You believe in IMD long-term but need cash? Instead of selling part of your position, you can borrow imdUSD against your collateral. Of course, there are risks, including liquidation.
Then there’s $INFER — the token tied to the economics of Infer Protocol itself.
You don’t need it to pay for jobs or borrow imdUSD. Its purpose is to benefit from the protocol’s economic activity.
According to brajon, the dev, fees flow into the Treasury, and protocol revenue is meant to support staking.
So the idea is:
People borrow → the protocol collects fees → revenue flows into the Treasury → the Treasury buys $INFER → the tokens are gradually distributed to stakers through sINFER.
See the Ponzi-like mechanic here? 👀
The real question is whether the protocol can generate sustainable revenue. Buybacks don’t happen by magic.
so the bullish case is simple:
imdUSD gets real usage → more loans, swaps and fees → more revenue for the Treasury → more $INFER buybacks → more INFER distributed to stakers.
The bearish case is even simpler:
Nobody really uses imdUSD → fees stay low → buybacks stay small → $INFER is left as just another ecosystem token with limited utility.

This is the official workflow that will launch INFER. When it finishes we will post the address. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

btw, if you held any of these @z0r0zzz ecosystem pieces: WEI names, zOrgz, FWC, ZAMM, you may be eligible to claim $TAC airdrop until Dec 20, 2026.

tacit [.] finance/airdrop - recheck www here @tacitfi
@tcrossdao Ppl missing opportunities by not supporting a new eco that doing something unique early
If the eco runs which is hard but if ppl keep building might, things can get good
@Soul_Eater_43@tacitfi yeah, I made a visual overview of the whole ecosystem actually

maybe I should do a short Tacit explainer next?
ZAMM → zOrg → Z: ok, let's clear this up.
I keep seeing people on CT getting confused about Z - what it is and where to buy it
before we go, yes, it's @z_fi_
you can participate in the DAO and get the main ecosystem token here: https://t.co/21xM97wRVQ
so many cool things being released daily by ppl using the IMD protocol, and so many different ways to consume it and think about it
hard to keep up with all the projects ppl r working on
but have a feeling everything will connect further down the rabbit hole

A critical vulnerability has been discovered that allows attackers to gain access to your account and secretly steal files from your computer.
The attack uses links in the format tg://. If a special command is constructed, clicking the link can cause a malicious script to send a selected file to the attacker’s channel - without requiring additional confirmation.

3/ Z
Z is simply the rebrand of zOrg. same story, shorter name.
why the change? my guess is that it helps avoid confusion with zorgz, Ross' NFT collection. similar names, very different things.
that's it!
2/ zOrg
then came zOrg: the DAO and its token. holders could stake ZAMM into zOrg, connecting the two.
so ZAMM and zOrg weren't two completely unrelated bets - there was a direct relationship between them through staking.
