I ordered burger They assigned a delivery partner after 30 mins of me placing the order, that order was picked 30 mins after the delivery guy was assigned and was delivered 15-20 after the pick up! Restaurant had packed my order in the 1st 10 mins of me placing the order!

Now because of all the delay Swiggy caused i was delivered food that was cold and stale, i told them in the very start this will happen they said wait for the order to delivered then they will help post delivery write an email someone will get back to you in 2 days
