A 9th grade girl spoke to us anonymously about encountering a boy in the girls' bathroom in her public high school in Buncombe County. Not only was this uncomfortable and confusing, but she also fears backlash from administrators and peers for speaking out about it. She is asking NC legislators to pass a law to protect her safety and privacy in bathrooms and locker rooms at school.
If you or your daughter live in NC and have encountered a boy in a girls’ private space such as a bathroom or locker room in a public school, university, rape crisis center, or prison - please contact us to share your story and help make a change.

Jazz Cathcart, a pastor from Asheville, NC, sends his daughter to private school because the public school district where he lives allows boys to use the girls’ bathroom. But many of his congregants do not have the resources to put their children in private schools, and they are concerned for their daughters' safety.
He is insisting that North Carolina legislators protect women and girls in private spaces - like bathrooms and locker rooms - in his community.

Brooke Slusser is a former co-captain of the women’s volleyball team at San José State University where she lived with and played alongside a teammate who was biologically male without initially knowing. She was deceived by the authorities in her life and forced to share female private spaces – locker rooms, dorm rooms, and bathrooms – with a male in order to stay on the team and keep her scholarship. The loss of safety and privacy was traumatic.
She told us, “I was not the same person after everything I went through at San José.” She now lives in Hendersonville, NC, and is asking NC legislators to stop allowing males to invade females' locker rooms, dorm rooms, and bathrooms.

This is Staci Metcalf. She is a former employee of Buncombe County Public Schools. She quit her job because she disagreed with the school’s implementation of the Gender Support Guidelines. In one incident at her workplace, a group of second graders was asked by an administrator to address a boy with female pronouns and a new female name.
She asked the administrator if they were planning to inform parents of this, and the administrator said, “Why would we do that? The parents would have a problem with it, the children don’t.” Staci says that when schools lack transparency and allow boys to access girls’ private spaces, parents are undermined and students are unsafe. She is asking legislators to do what her local school board will not: get the boys out of girl’s private spaces.

Anita Leis has twin daughters – Ruby and June – in Buncombe County Schools. When Ruby was in 9th grade, she encountered a boy in the girls’ bathroom at her public high school. She asked him why he was in the bathroom, and he intimidated her into leaving. With no time left before class, she had to wait another 90 minutes to go to the bathroom in safety and privacy.
School administrators sympathized with Ruby, but said they could do nothing since allowing boys to use the girls’ bathroom was the official policy of Buncombe County Schools’ Board of Education. Anita is asking legislators to do what the local school board will not: protect her daughters in bathrooms and locker rooms.

Huge news!
I have launched a U.S. non-profit with the goal of eradicating child transition, worldwide.
We will put a stop to this child abuse, everywhere, but we can’t do it without help.
This new 501(c)(3) will enable us to greatly increase the awareness which is needed.
All political gains are downstream from awareness.
The U.S. will remain a huge focus, but gender ideology is pushed everywhere, and must be fought everywhere. We will work to stop this madness throughout Europe, the Anglosphere, and globally.

Donations are tax-deductible for Americans, but anyone can donate.
Huge thank you to my incredible board. @BridgetAZiegler@4TiffanyJustice@Elyssa_Koren@j_fishback
I am humbled and excited to have their help. https://t.co/7q2skvrUC4
As far as I know, we are the only non-profit with the explicit goal of ending the medical malpractice of child transition worldwide, but this is a big job.
It’s David vs Goliath so we will be leveraging all of our connections, collaborating with our global network of friends, and other amazing non-profits who share the goal of protecting our kids.
There is no such thing as a transgender child. They’re called girls and boys and they’re beautiful just as they are!
No drugs or scalpels needed!
State Board of Education to vote Thursday on a strategic plan that calls for "achieving educational excellence," including "making North Carolina public schools the best statewide public school system in the United States of America." https://t.co/QfntoNjzfX #nced#ncpol
🚨Gov. Stein just vetoed another school choice bill🚨
Either you support school choice, or you don't. Gov. Stein could have made North Carolina a leader in school choice and parental freedom by signing the Educational Choice for Children Act, but instead, he's attempting to usurp the General Assembly's authority to set tax policy. I look forward to holding Gov. Stein accountable and overriding his veto to ensure North Carolina can participate in President Trump's signature school choice initiative. #ncpol #ncga

🔥 Gov. Stein’s veto of HB 87 is a SLAP to NC families!
The governor claims to love school choice but kills scholarships for ALL kids 😡 - public, private, and homeschool - while promising vague "public school fixes." 🧮
The NCGA must override this nonsense!

As children head back to school this Fall, Moms for Liberty CEO @TinaDescovich reminds parents across America about a pivotal ruling by the Supreme Court. The Mahmoud v Taylor decision affirmed the rights of moms and all parents, giving them the authority to opt their children out of certain books that may contradict their religious beliefs. This reinforces a fundamental truth: parents have a significant role in guiding their children's educational experiences, particularly when it comes to curriculum and materials that they find objectionable.

In case you missed it, this week Senate Republicans:
✅ Voted to override 12 of Gov. Josh Stein’s vetoes
✅Stood united to uphold your Second Amendment rights and make North Carolina the 30th Constitutional Carry state
✅Supported parental freedom and school choice for all students
✅Voted to drive down energy costs and keep our grid reliable
You know who didn’t do any of these things? Senate Democrats.
They put the reckless policies of their party and allegiance to Gov. Stein ahead of your needs. #ncpol https://t.co/H7uwxjeTsi
