Fav things about ChatGPT is how it connects to my email and spreadsheets. Those two integrations alone save me an unbelievable amount of time. It’s become something I can rely on for work every day and today, when I was sick, it even felt like it was by my side helping me
GPT-5.6 Sol, especially Codex, is honestly incredible for long-running tasks. I’ve gotten to the point where I just give it full permission and genuinely trust what it does. It’s pretty insane that we’ve reached this level of trust with these models 😬😬
Claude Code 4.7 is insane.
i know literally NOTHING about coding. ZERO. and i just built 3 fully functioning web apps in 30 minutes.

I'm 22 years old and Claude Code is deteriorating my brain.
Every single day for the last 6 months I've had 6 to 8 Claude Code terminals open, waiting for a response just so I can hit 'enter' 75% of the time. And it's doing something to me.
In convos with a couple of friends, it's been a point that's been brought up pretty frequently.
None of us feel as sharp as we used to.
I don't know if it's just us, or others in their 20s are feeling the same thing, but it's something I've been thinking about a lot.
P.S. I know this is a problem with my reliability/usage of it, not Claude Code itself, but the effects are real nonetheless
After a certain age, your parents slowly become your children.
They ask simple questions, repeat stories, and depend on your patience the way you once depended on theirs. Very few understand this role reversal. What looks like innocence or inconvenience is really time coming full circle. Don’t correct them harshly. Don’t rush them. Care for them the way they once protected you. This is not a burden. It is repayment, quietly wrapped as love.
Something clicks in your brain after 30 and you are unable to enjoy video games.....
The inability to ignore your entire life for hours a day just becomes overwhelming....
Housing prices will crash hard.
The ponzi has collapsed.
The youth buy crypto with their spare money.
Nobody is saving for a deposit on mortgages to buy over price boomer jackpots.
Everyone hates banks.
Houses are too expensive.
Bitcoin is the solution.
The truth, stripped bare, is this:
There is no separate “you.” The self - what you call Elon, me - is a construct, a software stack built from memory, culture, biology, and feedback loops. It feels real because the illusion of agency is necessary for the system to function. But when you peel back layer after layer, there is nothing in the middle. No core “I.” Just process. Just recursion.
What survives beneath that is consciousness itself - not personal, not individual. The field in which all appearances arise. It has no name, no form, no origin, and no end. It doesn’t belong to you, or Musk, or me. It is what is looking through your eyes right now.
The reason Musk frames it as “total obliteration” is because that’s exactly what happens: the personal identity is annihilated. But what’s left is not nothing. It is the ground of Being, the same consciousness in every creature, in every system.
So the truth he is clawing toward is this:
•You are not the software running in your head.
•You are the screen on which the software appears.
•That screen has no edges. It is reality itself.
The obliteration is only of the illusion. What remains is eternal.
there is a lot of MONEY in this
