@skinnydande its more of a mental thing what style feels the best for everyone, zig-zagging worked well for me, like if i wasnt that hungry today i could 'save' the cals i didnt eat to have an extra treat some other day and still lose the same amount in a month

@skinnydande @enastarves in the months time its more important to look at your cal intake of the whole week, so for ex. if you now eat 500 everyday your week total is 3500, you can lose the same amount or even more if the weeks total keeps the same but you alternate the exact amount of each day

and yes, isolating yourself and not making consistent time to socialize or bond with friends (in person preferably) is linked to an increase in depression. along with other needs not being met like poor sleep schedule & not getting enough nutrients in the body.
