Ohio's resolve to #FlattenTheCurve has caught the attention of former #Ohio resident, @RobLowe! He sent us this message yesterday to share with you today. ⬇️ Everyone (especially younger Ohioans) should hear his message encouraging you to #StayHomeOhio.

Our newsroom may be empty, but our newspaper and https://t.co/LNRCSGI8mS are not. Our journalists continue to work the streets and the Statehouse to provide the information you and your family need. Free as a public service because we want all to be well. https://t.co/j14z2Vzlhd

If you are frustrated - I'm frustrated too. This is not how we want to live. This is not what we signed up for, but it's where we are. My goal for all Ohioans is that we make it - that we get through this, live through it. What Ohioans are doing every day is saving lives.
I want to talk directly to all Ohioans. Thank you for all you've been doing. The sacrifices you've been making. This isn't easy. We fully understand that. But we have to stay in this.

These last five years have given us an opportunity to connect in this community in ways we only dreamed of.

A serious proposal: All major news organizations should temporarily replace their White House reporters with medical reporters so that the daily briefing is primarily about public safety. The political reporters can ask the press office about squabbles with governors etc.
