@longhorncapital@AvidCommentator Exactly my situation π’ Health issues and then made redundant. Selling down to survive until I can access superannuation. Zero other income. Should have blown my money and not saved.
@Ben01Den@AvidCommentator Same π«€ If we had been less financially responsible and spent all of our money when we were working, then we would be eligible for Centrelink payments. But saving and investing now means being bumped into a crazy high tax bracket, even when the capital gain is under $18K
@PilotPoli 100% agree. I have health issues and recently lost my job. I was relieved I have lived frugally and purchased ETF's, so I can draw down in the coming years. Now I will face a much higher tax bracket. Did not see this coming.
@royalhansen I have had months of good, then stupidly felt so good that I travelled to an event then found it involved lots of standing that I was not prepared for. Today I am in an awful crash and feeling so much regret. Pacing is so important but so hard to do in reality.
@johnjrodwyer I thought so too but after going frame by frame the shooter that has his gun taken off him then heads toward the bridge, then appears to grab another gun and starts shooting from the bridge.
@curemetogether It can be so hard to identify. Before I was medicated I had dermotographia, so literally got hives from pressure. Things like waist bands on clothes, or wearing my Fitbit.
@scottjla We are in a really boring safe seat and it is rare to even see a poster, I have never had a door knock either. You wouldn't even know it was election time. When I go to other areas it is bizarre the difference, it would be intimidating.
@ThoughtInUrHead@ThePOTSPostman Yep. My whole life my skin has been really reactive to tears. If I don't wash my face quickly then the red dry patches take days to improve. It is so awkward explaining why. Or I get hives on my neck and cheeks.
