What kind of customer service you have. And what controls does branch have if it can't issue a debit card
One of my family members debit card got lost of @KarnatakaBank .
These are people are not issuing new debit card, because it has just got temporary blocked. Called customer care 4 times they are saying that they have permanently blocked but brach is not issuing new card still.
@KarnatakaBank Apparently branch can't do anything in this what non sense is this? @KarnatakaBank
And they ask you 100 questions for new debit card.

This is a cautionary post - do not book on @bookingcom as their servers and hotel accounts are compromised, and they know about it but are sleeping on it. Is their team in on the scam? That is a matter which the police will now look into.
It’s been almost a month now, and @bookingcom are now not responding and haven’t refunded the amount either. A cyber crime complaint has also been registered. The notification came through the app itself and from the hotels own account. Hence they will be the accused in the FIR.
Minutes later, the hotel mails her saying their account was compromised and that https://t.co/2mklvmeZb9 knew about it but did nothing. She immediately realised the fraud and called @bookingcom . She was assured of refund by the operator.
My daughter was defrauded on @bookingcom on 16th Jan while blocking a hotel room for a friend. She got a notification from the hotel through the app, asking for card confirmation which is a usual practice on the app. On giving the card details, Rs. 94693 was instantly swiped.
