@SleeperCFB QB ratings are based on physical measurables and their HS statistics. HS defenses don’t stress QBs enough to be able to determine their decision processing speed/accuracy - the most important QB trait in projecting success in college and the NFL.
@SamWebb77 Michigan hasn’t played a great offense yet. Penn State is a mediocre offense at best and they’re moving the ball fairly easily even though they haven’t been able to turn it into a lot of points.
@MichiganPodcast Defense has been overrated all season. They have allowed too many looong drives when they are fresh. They should know the offense isn’t equipped to play from behind and will need opportunities to get things going. Instead, we have an 8 minute drive to start the game.
@5hawnWilliams Touché
My point however was that it is much more important to long term success that we get the QB right and next years draft offers many options- none of which are likely to be available in the second round. We can get good to great WR play in the later rounds.
@MichiganPodcast@cpstalions The Marshall claim that Beck is telling BU his reads pre-snap is either a lie told to Marshall by BU to explain why BU is getting his reads wrong or, even worse, Beck attempting the pre-snap reads for BU because he has already determined BU is incapable of the post-snap reads.
@intrinsicvalyou That is not what he said. He said it has an asterisk on it meaning that a lot of Michigan haters have put an asterisk on it. He never said they cheated.
@cpstalions@MichiganPodcast Stallions is too close to Underwood- refuses to accept he can’t read defenses and preselects or guesses on every decision. Stallions can’t see through his affection for Underwood that Underwood is a bust because he can’t play the position at this level.
@DouglieDoWrong I hope he stays at Texas another year so the Dolphins can’t take him. I don’t think he is Payton or even Eli. I think he is a good college QB that won’t do much at the NFL level. It scares me that the Dolphins might even know that but would take because of the name.
