Happy Monday y'all 👋🏼Sharing our growth journey from 30 to 100 and the importance of creating trusting relationships 🤗from the get-go by our CPO and Co-Founder @m_ic ➡️https://t.co/SCNE4eqqQL
We're ⚡️growing ⚡️so DM us with your thoughts 👋🏼#MondayMorning#scaling#caring#tech
How do you build a remote-first company from the outset? What does that mean for company culture? And how did BRYTER embark on this course?
Join our CPO, @m_ic, at the #VirtualLunch at 12ET to hear all about it

1/4 Thrilled to be continuing the journey with the exceptional @BRYTER_io team as they accelerate their global expansion to bring BRYTER to every enterprise! It is a pleasure to work with you all, @MichaGrupp, @m_ic, @MMBues, and I’m incredibly excited for what’s to come!
4/4 💌 If you are interested in joining our people team, please reach out to me anytime via this link - it goes directly into my inbox and I will get back to you personally: https://t.co/9gQAU2YEoO
1/4 🚀 We just announced a 66M Series B. It has been an incredible journey: 3 years, 120 people from 16 different countries, remote-first from day one. Can’t be more grateful
Now I am looking for folks who are interested in joining our People team to help us scale even further..
3/4 😃 For this, I am looking for experienced folks who have previously helped companies to scale from 50 - 300 people. If you have worked as, or aspire to be, a Head of People, a Head of DEI, Head of Belonging or Head of Remote in such a fast growing company, please reach out.
I am forever grateful for @Singsalad and @benjamin for inviting me to apply for @BRYTER_io last January. My BRYTER’versary is in under 2 weeks - and this is by far THE best place to work.
Culture, colleagues, leadership, inspiration, stories, connection, relationship & all that
🎯 That's why all session's are now lead by one of us founders.
We also use these questions as personal health check: it is a great way to start a conversation and learn where someone needs support.
I think these questions are universally applicable. What do you think?

👩🏫 Lessons from onboarding 100 people.
We identified 7 key questions everyone has:
1. How we cultivate trustful relationships?
2. Why we exist & our history?
3. How we structure?
4. How we make decisions?
5. How we do leadership?
6. How we improve?
7. How we plan & align?
(1/4)
🌎 Initially these sessions were held by our people team, but we learned that this is a missed opportunity for us founders to a) build lasting relationships and b) send a signal that “culture” isn’t something we delegate, it is the essence of our company's success.

I can’t express how happy I am to be in this particular group photo 😀, and how much I value the opportunity and encouragement to build trustful relationships with my colleagues 🤝. I am amazed by what this makes us capable of and what we are achieving 🚀. And @m_ic is great! 👏🏻
💬 I feel like I could have shared more about it, because the approaches we developed might be helpful for others as well. But where should I start? Pls let me know your questions, thoughts, challenges — this gives me a starting point for future posts 😊. #leadership#culture
🌏 In 2,5 years we hired more than 100 people from 16 different countries. All of us work remote and most of us haven't met each other. 🚀 Yet people say our culture is trustful and high performing. Together we built one of the fastest growing companies in EU @BRYTER_io (thread).
🌎 We act as a network organization not a hierarchy, decision making and leadership is distributed. People take pride in working end-to-end, take ownership and plan objectives bottom-up. Every quarter we create „The BRYTER Universe“ — a set of north stars we want to reach.
