@DgpKarnataka One day, one time pass is fine; but not one way. Do you expect everyone to own/drive a car/ vehicle? If someone is dropping the needy either by personal car or taxi from X place to Y, how he/ she should come back to X place?

But I feel like they have thrown resident permit holders under the bus after taking their money! @JanThompsonFCO letter claimed that British nationals and resident permit holders were eligible but now they are saying only British nationals
