Together with @andrejadamcik and @OKostolnak , we built @madebyoutloud .
And maybe the biggest difference is that we never moved too far away from the work itself. We are not just managing projects and hoping the output is good.
We still check the designs, review the code, challenge decisions and step in when something does not feel right.
That is how we try to keep the quality high.
We never really left the craft.
Replacing a legacy CRM?
Donβt start with the UI.
Start with the data.
We spent five years building a CRM system for a financial brokerage group, and the biggest lesson was simple:
If the team does not trust the data, they will not trust the system.
Iβm not a logo designer. I find it hard, and I have so much respect for pros like @Branislav who make it look easy.
After AI gave me nothing but junk, I stopped wasting tokens and animated this the old-fashioned way in Blender. Iβd love to make it even more alive, but Iβve hit my limits. Still, I love it.
What do you think? Show me your last creation!

At @madebyoutloud , we designed and developed a new website for @vestberry , an AI-powered portfolio management platform for venture capital teams.
500+ funds. $45B+ in managed assets. 8,000+ portfolio companies on the platform.
The product is complex, and the audience knows exactly what theyβre looking for.
Every detail had to balance clarity, trust, and a sense of scale.

New work out. We designed and built the website for Vestberry - AI-powered portfolio management for VC teams. 500+ funds, $45B+ in assets managed. https://t.co/MXzUuWlUnO
Outloud was built by builders. Three founders, 12+ years each. We're not managers guessing whether the work is good - we're the ones checking designs, reviewing code, and sitting on your calls. We never left the craft.
