✅ At the age of 22, he was playing in the fourth division in Germany.
✅ At 23, he was competing in the third division.
✅ At 24, he made the move to the Belgian second division.
✅ He did not make his top-flight debut until the age of 25, and that came in Belgium.
✅ He became a champion, league MVP, and top scorer with Union Saint-Gilloise in the Belgian league.
✅ After dominating Belgian football, he earned a move to the Premier League in England. However, he was unable to establish himself there.
✅ At 27, he returned to Germany to play for Stuttgart.
✅ At 28, despite never having represented Germany at youth level, he scored his first goal for the German national team.
✅ After recording 57 goals and 29 assists in 117 appearances for Stuttgart, he earned a place in Germany’s World Cup squad.
✅ And today, at nearly 30 years of age, he has registered 3 goals and 2 assists in his first two World Cup matches, leading Germany to the knockout stage of the biggest tournament in football.
It took him a long time to reach the top flight, and for a while it seemed as though the opportunities would never come. Yet he never gave up. He kept fighting, and today he has become the new hero of the German national team

🚨🎙️ | Bruno Fernandes:
"[As a kid], I was NEVER the best. Technical ability, yes, I was good. Was I the best? No.
"Speed, was I quick? Yeah, I was quite quick. Was I the quickest? No. Was I the strongest? No. Was I the tallest? No,
"But I had no FEAR of anything of that. If I had to sprint with someone who was quicker than me, I'm gonna sprint with him and I'm gonna...
"I might not beat him, but I'm gonna get CLOSE to that." ❤️

8. Be grateful for what you have. It can be very easy to forget how hard it was before. If you've ever been very sick, you quickly understand how much you'd taken being healthy for granted! It's the same as with people. Say "thank you" to those around you often.
