Dear @flyPAL. It has now been over 1 years since our refund request for a ticket booked in 2021. Since then only misinformation and false promises as it supposedly takes "up to 5 months" to get our refund. It's truly outrageous how you deal (or don't) with your customers. 👎
@flyPAL Dear @flyPAL. This is not correct. We have numerous emails over the past 18 months from your customer support department that our refund is "in progress" and they will report soon when it has been processed. We have once received refund of a rebooking fee, but not full refund.

@EmiratesSupport@EmiratesSupport I can understand delays or requiring to manage cashflow. What I cannot accept is that I am promised a refund 3 months ago, and was told yesterday I need to wait another 3 months because you changed your policy in the meantime without informing your customers.
Really love what @Microsoft has done with hardware and software developments in recent years. What I can’t understand is that they haven’t sorted the basics of login credentials. Why isn’t my @Office365 login considered as Microsoft account?
