@AXELOS_GBP To go beyond Is will depend on the Project SCOPE, Wether is a Single game or the Whole Season. If the Scope is the Game, then they are 2 STAGES, 1st&2nd half, but if the Scope is the season,They are 2 STAGES also,(the 1st part of the Season until Dec, then from January to June)

@AXELOS_GBP To go further on this analogy, we also add the Team member who is the real Player, practicing, developing works ondaily basis. and then the Team Leader who is somehow the Captain,by representing the coach instruction on the pitch, taking responsibilities and motivating the team

@AXELOS_GBP At #MaaS, we already used this analogy to highlight theme organisation when performing #Prince2 Training. While we are totally aligned on the role of the #Projectmanager, Senior user, Executive and the project support, we have however a different interpretation of certain roles
