THIS WEEK: A mission team from #UNICEF & #UNFPA visited our Women & Girls Safe Space in Hodan as part of their technical support on #FGM integration.

We led them on a tour of the FGM school, demonstrated how it operates & interacted with the women & girls at the WGSS.

60 participants graduated after a 6⃣-month skills training in tie & dye designs at the women & girls safe spaces in Bardheere & Belet-Xaawo. NoFYL provided them with startup kits to help them start small businesses.

42K people were displaced due to inter clan conflict in Luuq, according to @OCHASom.

🔴They lack essential items to address their hygiene needs.
