@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI This is regarding request for Relocation of Jio Fibre connection from Hyderabad to New Delhi. I have been following up for the connection but no response till date. It has been now a week. Didn't expect such a pathetic response from Jio.

@JioCare Dear Ms Kavita...This is not a feedback it's a grievance and needs to be resolved. The call center is not responding and neither anyone here. It is really becoming problematic for me to continue with Jio. So kindly deduct the proportional amount till today and refund the balance

@JioCare This is the issue. Wrong plan has been activated the moment I asked for refund. If Reliance believes in cheating then it's fine else cancel the connection or change to the plan that I had asked. Else refund me the amount. It is rightly said Airtel is much better. Please expedite

@IndiaPostOffice I was sent a speed post parcel from Madhubani to Hyderabad on 08/01/2025 and still have not received the parcel and the last status shown in Dispatched on 09/01/2025 from Patna. Today is 13 and be assured that even walking a person would have reached Hyderabad
