The EU was honoured to stand with national partners development partners, UN family and civil society as the Magistrates Court turned orange for the #16Days of Activism Against #GBV.

Representing the 🇪🇺EU, Mr. Emile Mabita underscored the importance of strong institutions, survivor-centred justice, and collective action to #EndGBV.

The ceremony also featured a symbolic release of balloons by youth representatives from #HeForShe, Innovators Against GBV, and the EU Youth Sounding Board — a powerful tribute to survivors and a reminder of the hope we must continue to lift.

This morning, we recommended to President @realDonaldTrump and @USTradeRep that Rwanda’s #AGOA eligibility be canceled due to violations of Section 104(a)(2) & (a)(3) of the Act. If the Act is reauthorized this year, Rwanda should be barred from participating until it takes concrete steps to end its association with #M23.

Below is the opening section of our formal presentation to the Executive Office of the President @POTUS. We will continue to push Congress and the President to take action against the @PaulKagame regime and #M23 for their crimes in the #DRC.

.@realDonaldTrump Awesome Mr. President! SEC, FBI, DOJ, etc, Your president just ordered you to stop the persecution. So you should. He just signed an executive order to protect and promote our ability to develop and deploy code, mine and validate, transact, know our keys, "without persecution." I feel like this order was written to directly benefit me and my people. I pray those that have been doing the persecuting feel the same way, so the benefits are realized.

I'm a leader in this crucial industry: "The digital asset industry plays a crucial role in innovation and economic development in the United States, as well as our Nation’s international leadership."

I'm a hero of promoting the "development and deployment of software:, promoting "participation in mining and validation", promoting transaction on blockchain software. No one promotes knowing your keys (which some call "self-custody.") more than I. No one's projects emphasize running your own code on your own computer, with no middlemen, more than mine.

It would be great to drop a note to the various persecuted people that the status of your investigation or case has changed, so they can enjoy the relief the president issued an executive order to create.

He also banned CBDC's (central bank digital currencies) in the USA, and wants to "protect and promote fair and open access to banking" for law abiding people and projects. Sweet.

I'm not a lawyer, I'm guessing what this means. If the people doing the persecuting didn't think they were persecuting, (which is a different word than prosecuting.) Then someone is going to have to force them to understand that what they're doing is persecution and make them stop, or they'll probably feel their actions aren't affected by this order? Who might one contact to ask the persecution stop?

The President obviously knows that persecution is happening. It's possible some of you doing the persecuting are actually reading this very post. Your president ordered you to stop the persecution. So you must.

Your President understands the importance of what I'm doing, and since you understand it now too, you'll feel great to let us free to make the world a better place.

The Honorable Justice in SEC v me should have her ruling out soon. Donald Trump will be in office soon. PulseX, PulseChain, HEX, INC are all functioning wonderfully. This makes some entities mad, but there's literally nothing they can do about it except be mad. It feels great to be wanted.

Nothing can stop an idea whose time has come.

If the haters really wanted to get me down they could raise more than the $27M I did for medical research. Write free self help books better than my sciVive and Fix The World. Work in the courts for legal precedent for P2P publishing software. Found things that work flawlessly and become valuable. Install bidets for their mothers.

Nothing makes haters angrier than success. Every time they think of you, it reminds them how they're not doing half what they could. They let themselves down. They let their families down. It's easier for them to tear down others than to rise up themselves. Hate is a poor substitute for progress. Why settle for being wanted, when you can be the most wanted?

I really do the best I can to make the world a better place, and I must say, the world can be pretty unkind to folks making a difference. First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win. Win is in my name and winning is in my blood.

Think about how much we've accomplished and it seems like someone up above must want it to happen. There's too much serial success for it to be an accident.
