[@macOS @macOS]

starting a thread here of sites i used to visit when i was younger as a budding vintage computing (specifically Apple) fan

[@macOS @macOS]

when i was much much younger, learning about vintage computing, this site took up so much of my time: https://t.co/4p7nqKGLdW

i wanted to share it here if anyone reading this hasn't seen it yet. hopefully someone finds it cool!

adding another, starting a thread: https://t.co/3ObxcgAipR

i used to visit this site a lot when i was interested in Apple easter eggs. maybe someone reading this finds it interesting!

extremely disappointed in Apple's forthcoming removal of advanced data protection for UK users. i don't have much of a platform but i want to add my voice to the many who've already posted about this.

happy 41st, Macintosh!

[@macOS @macOS]

this interface takes me back so much... one of the first Mac OS X versions i used.
glad to have it working in a VM now for me to go back and use now and then.
finally getting back into my vintage Apple hobby and i'm so glad!

[@macOS @macOS]

i'm a sucker for '00s in-store demo loops

[@macOS @macOS]

@EmanuelEnCrisis the iMac G4 was the first machine i actually bought for my collection. it was also my first iMac. prior, all my machines were hand-me-down Power Mac G4s of various models from relatives.

[@macOS @macOS]

i think, therefore iMac.

[@macOS @macOS]

@EmanuelEnCrisis indeed
