@adamcbest You think Texas’s system is bad you should see the power systems in CA. Even with all the windmills and solar panels we use we still have rolling blackouts in the summer and PG&E was so out dated it’s broken system destroyed the town of Paradise. Regulations aren’t the problem.

Each state is voting on where their electoral votes go. Is it perfect no. But it helps balance the population centers to the rural.
