@StateFarm y’all have been giving me the run-around since NOVEMBER because of a mistake y’all made, and never had the courtesy to contact me and inform me on what ACTUALLY happened — that y’all did make a mistake and are “working” on fixing it.

spent 20min on hold with @StateFarm just to be transferred to a line that is NO LONGER IN SERVICE. 🫠

spent ANOTHER 30min on hold just to be told they don’t know who to transfer me to and i should expect a call back within 48hrs. all because a mistake THEY made confusing my claim with another customers. SWEET! 🙃
