@DrScottFortune @MartaKwiat_ska Great case, one of the many examples how ODS might evolve post surgery. I believe extent of surgery is one of the many variables yet to be completely defined. Whenever I have a case with significant frontal disease I find myself leaning towards opening the frontal.
