@AmericanAir Zero response from your “customer relations.” The absolute worst “customer service” I’ve experienced from an airline. The hotel food made me sick all night so that wasn’t even included in my original complaint.

PSA never travel @AmericanAir . They will cancel your flight home after being delayed 40 minutes due to crew issues (uhh poor planning on their end?), make you stand in line for 2+ hours 6 months pregnant and send this canned email as their reply to your complaint. What a joke
