Not guilty doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Being charged already means a reasonable probability of conviction. While they may be allowed to return to society, it does not mean they should have the privilege of returning to professional hockey.

Edmonton’s Jake Walman has been fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the CBA, for roughing Florida’s Matthew Tkachuk.
Walman has also been fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the CBA, for unsportsmanlike conduct for an incident involving Florida’s bench.
