@Hilbe@comma_ai It literally is the coolest device ever. Made me love my Rivian all over again. It’s so freeing to be able to engage openpilot whenever I want. Though I have an X with FSD, I find myself wanting to use my Rivian w/ @comma_ai more. Former tesla evangelist now Comma evangelist.
Really regret unplugging my @aura_frames to troubleshoot a weak WiFi signal message. Bummer that the product does nothing on reboot and stays at this screen. It should show stored photos on rebooted and check this stuff later.
@vad3rt3sla Yeah @grok in @Tesla is so cool. Check out this hack for changing the fan speed. And it’s not at all confusing having 2 different voice assistants in the car.

Why does Tesla offer Full Self-Driving and Premium Connectivity as two separate subscriptions?
In my opinion, if you’re already paying $99/month for FSD, Premium Connectivity should be automatically included. It just makes sense.
While we’re talking improvements, Tesla should also add a $999 annual FSD subscription option, plus a 50% discount for any additional vehicles on the same account.
What do you think? Should these be bundled, and would an annual plan with multi-car pricing make you more likely to subscribe?
@gerrylum2@brandenflasch Do we truly know if it will be impossibly to DIY any sort of LKAS? I have a friend who canceled a cybertruck order and wanted self driving, and is about to put in a slate order. Huge bummer if adding a @comma_ai will be impossible.
@vad3rt3sla@ionna@ionnaofficial Lol I don’t have to open my phone either. For the Rivian at least. Literally plug and walk away. Pretty sure it’s Tesla vehicles only that don’t yet support the plug in and charge (no app required) feature.
@MissJilianne I wonder if they are able to share the full picture and/or video of the incident, or if they can’t or withhold that for the court case. Would be great to see what was happening in and outside the car prior to the accel event.
This is absolute horseshit! You can't take away your PR department and then complain about media reports!
This could be easily prevented if the media could reach out to Tesla and include their response in the article but Tesla chooses to not respond to media inquiries.
Don't be fooled, this is a deliberate move by Tesla to make you completely distrust the media.
2 things can be true:
1. Base Autopilot sucks (now called "Traffic-Aware Cruise Control and Autosteer")
2. Said feature should be included as standard with every new Tesla and it's completely unacceptable in 2026 to not have lane centering standard on any car (forcing someone to pay $99/month to get it via FSD is absurd)
