Athletes: Take 1 minute to really listen. It can change everything for you!

Change your “what if?” To “even if”

[Parker McKinley @macmck4]

@mark_vidlak Congratulations @SamVidlak7! Wishing you many many years of happiness!!

[Tyson Wicklander @T_WICK5]

Hands down the nastiest changeup in Oregon. He can & will, locate it in any count! He controls the run game incredibly well, picking 3 guys off this year & allowing our catcher to throw out 9 of 11 kids who attempted a steal. Absolute thug up there!
Record: 10-0 ERA: 1.45

[Parker McKinley @macmck4]

Jace is a phenomenal presence on the mound. Never rattled. Changeup is the filthiest around and curveball has spin rates that top prospect lists. 1.45 era with >50inn pitched. And, a 4.0 student. Definitely will be a tremendous addition to any college program.

Fresh off a huge start to secure a 4A State Championship for LA Grande, #uncommitted ‘23 Jace Schow showed off a complete 3 pitch mix with the ability to pitch backwards

Understands how to disrupt timing and uses all quadrants of the zone
