@kentcdodds @_hridaySharma @getify@jayphelps@TheLarkInn @dan_abramov I find that it's very hard to write tests properly unless you do it test-first, I tend to always miss scenarios, and it seems others do too. In PRs, I often break the code intentionally in some way and check if the test suite catches it, my fave code review trick. :)
Planning is *NOT* estimating.
Estimation fails *unpredictably*.
If you want to be predictable, create a plan (without estimates as they are unpredictably #fragile). Then deliver a small slice of the plan, then adjust the plan. SIMPLE! and #NoEstimates necessary!
