@tmel0211@multicoin@jump_@galaxyhq With ~88 million shares outstanding, the fully diluted market cap is roughly $3.2 billion, actually. So it’s trading at about 100% to NAV, is that right? Would love to hear the bull case relative to its actual market cap.
@christopherrufo@LHSummers@Harvard Some of these groups have scores or hundreds of members, and the decision to sign was made unilaterally by one or two club leaders, without consulting or informing members. I know a lot of p****d kids in these groups.
@SonofHas@townhallcom Good work. Do keep in mind that most of the dozens or even hundreds of student members of these organizations were not consulted by the club leaders when they signed the stupid letter. I know a lot of Harvard students, especially Hindu students, who were blindsided and outraged.
@AngryFleas@Billenjoylife This thread is hilarious. Secret grand jury convened to investigate perjury created by a conflict of interest on the part of Nauta's counsel. Cannon made Smith expose secret grand jury. Conflict and flipped IT guy revealed. No longer need for jury. https://t.co/veInygbL7F
Govt’s filing yesterday in USA v Trump (MAL) is devastating. It was responding to Judge Cannon’s inquiry—acting on her own—suggesting there was something abusive about govt’s continued use of DC grand jury after M-a-L indictment was handed down. ...

@NoDivision7@Pmdiet13@FoxNews Alumni donors give Harvard over $500 million annually to fund financial aid — often with the hope that this will give their qualified kids a “tip” to get in. Ending the donor advantage will definitely cause financial aid to decrease.
@FastAsICould03@AOC 45% of Harvard's annual budget come from philanthropy, 9% or over $500MM from annual alumni gifts. How is any private college going to fund diversity and 1st-gen students without alumni donors' qualified children sharing in the experience?

@DilksJay @MoeSquatchy000 So @jrkelly / 8K is essentially saying that the dilution via Bayer direct or the shelf would have been the same, but timing and price was more clear via shelf?
@greg_price11 LOL - they WANTED to get fired! Otherwise their unvested shares wouldn’t have accelerated. Getting fired made them RICH 🤑 https://t.co/3hwrCJOuEv
