You know what would really come in handy for the US right now? If Iran had a next door neighbor who was a bona fide Big Dog, armed to the teeth, willing to launch a ground war simply for love of the game. Just imagine.
@MrRChaudhary Think the change in tonnage tax scheme in the budget also benefits a company like KMEW massively going forward. 1100cr order book at present, can they execute 500cr in fy26 with similar PBT margins? If tonnage tax actually leads to tax going to 0, could be >160cr PAT easily.
@web_vj Hey get your facts right, promoters are locked-in in Insolation, they can't sell. Any half decent investor would know this given it's not even been a year to the IPO. They can't help what their directors do. Stop spreading fake news and maybe you should get a real job.
@arunvenk Genesys has some camera tech + domain expertise in the collection area, which partly explains the efficiency gap. This is similar to how Near Maps evolved in the US too. Have done a fair bit of work on the space - happy to share notes if you're keen :D
@arunvenk Yes that's true, however the feedback we've received from several users of 3D data - Jio and a few govt authorities too was that Genesys is miles ahead in 3D mapping. What takes them 3 months, took the next best chap 7-8 months. Collection process + processing is critical
@arunvenk Hopefully it won't just be electronics assembly as we're seeing today - but also, electronic components (both passive and active ones). It's critical that the entire supply chain gets built out - moats should be the strongest there too!
@sahil_vi@MeetshahV @LuckyInvest_AK Electronics manufacturing in India cannot exist without a supply chain being built out. Moats are hard to come by. Xpro's manufacturing moat is as solid as it gets. Jindal has finally entered after trying for 5-6 years - let's see how well they do and how well they actually scale
@sahil_vi@MeetshahV @LuckyInvest_AK And here's the thing with switching costs, takes 1-2 years to onboard a new vendor, another 1-2 years to ramp up. Would you trust a new vendor for the most critical but still a low cost component? Globally market is consolidated with 5-6 players ex of China for a reason
...I showed him this chart and asked: isn’t this priced in already?
The chart below shows how markets expect a 5%+ drop (!) in US CPI over the next few quarters already - to find a similar market-implied CPI drop over a 12 months period you have to go back to 2008.

@soicfinance these won't be steady state RoEs if margins are good, I'm assuming there's spare capacity. If this is steady state, then wouldn't touch the biz, but would expect RoE expansion for sure, else no reason for the promoter to be running this biz too, bonds would give better returns
Nonsense for UEFA to suggest this is down to fans arriving late. I know LFC fans who arrived at Stade de France two and a half hours ago and have only just got inside the ground. Complete lack of organisation. Dangerous bottlenecks.
