Meta Ads “optimization” tips are honestly frustrating.

I’ve tried Meta’s recommendations twice on ads that were already working well.

Both times → performance got destroyed.

And the worst part?

Once a winning ad gets screwed up, it never seems to return to its original performance.

Want feedback from you guys.

@samongaro_ Yes distribution is crucial. Even a great product can fail with bad distribution.

@builtbyclaire For worldmap, I’m building it into a directory where newly launched startups, Youtube channels, X accounts etc. can be promoted at a fraction of the usual cost.

Also planning daily/weekly leaderboards to showcase the startups bidding the most.
