Something different to kick off 2022 - hosting a socially distanced @MacTuffOCR. Much reduced numbers but still a great event for OCR competitors - even the medal has a face covering! Letโs hope the 2023 event will be back to its full glory, as pictured here from 2020.
Day 2 of @MacTuffOCR@krcircuit. Another batch of extreme OCR runners due soon for off soon, tackling 15km of obstacles en route to a well earned @redbull and medal at the finish!
Photos starting to be posted from @MacTuffOCR from the weekend. A hugely successful, incident free event, just lots of freezing competitors with huge smiles of satisfaction completing the 15km of challenges. Are you up for the ultimate OCR event next year? @RedBullUK
๐ฃ๏ธ "Genuinely one of the hardest events I've done!"
James is still heating up from his first #ProjectBreakpoint event on Sunday.
15km of running, thick mud, climbing, ice cold water challenges and more.
Well done James. 1 down, 11 to go!

Another year another @MacTuffOCR ...I absolutely love it up there! Itโs gruelling,itโs brutal but I wouldnโt want it any other way! Itโs been a great 5years. Every race has been memorable & everyone involved in organising & running the event are superb! Thanks guys! #ocr#running
Some of the official photos ๐ธ from the awesome @MacTuffOCR 15km obstacle course race yesterday. The race kicked off with a pipe band ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ, then a hosing down from the fire brigade ๐ ๐ฆ. Huge shout out to all of the amazing race marshals and event organisers! It was amazing.
Baltic, windy, wet and muddy. 7K that was actually 10.5K according to @Garmin tractor tyres, pulling a car, stupid high walls, endless muddy slalom trenches, archery, GBX and a pipe band at start. Bruises at the end. And lots more. @MacTuffOCR you were epic #monthemud#ocr
