Tengo el ticket y pone devoluciones hasta 30 días desde la compra, no indica que el proceso requiera aprobación. Es bastante sorprendente que una empresa como @adidas tenga este atención al cliente.
@busquedasadidas hola, ayer compré un artículo en su tienda de Vicente López en Recoleta y hoy al ir a devolverlo me han indicado que no es posible devolverme el dinero, y que deben pedir autorización, mandándome a casa y diciéndome que ya me escribirían un email.
@Pod_Point is there any chance of SOMEONE from your team replying to my emails. Only been chasing since 2020 to repair a broken charger and install an additional one.
I have now had my @Pod_Point charger for over a month and can still not use it all because the engineer failed to have the correct Allen key on him. No help from @Pod_Point to resolve issue. Terrible service

@AudiUKCare@AudiUK @Pod_Point sorry but really cannot recommend either of your products nor support service countless DMs never replied to only when public post, reputation may be impacted will you act. Please@sort the scheduled charging issue on Q4 etron.
The overall experience with @pod_point has been a nightmare. Very dissapointing customer service that leaves you completely exposed as all the payments are upfront with no means of claims.
So following up the incredible performance from @Pod_Point here a summary:
1.-They installed the charger in late November.
2.-Charger didn't work for 3 weeks, and the support was pretty poor, if any.
@Pod_Point Hi, so the team cut the power by half to address the wrong instalation of a breaker. Then they sent an engineer to replace the breaker, after that the charger is not working again. And no response from the support team again. The whole pod point experience is awful...
@Pod_Point Hello, this has been with that team for 10 days already (initial query we made in the very moment we started using the charger) and no answer at all so far. What is your service level, if any?
