My changeup has been inconsistent recently, so during my weekend off I really worked on going back to my mechanics and gaining control over it again.

I got the win in the circle allowing 5 hits, 3 runs (zero earned), 3 Ks, and 1 BB over 4 innings

I also went 2-3 at the plate with a double and 2 RBIs as the lead off hitter
