The 4th season of #Witcher appears to be the weakest in the series: trivial plot, lack of taste, and the most abrupt finale I can think of. If even half of fans ever decide to watch a new season again, it should be considered a stroke of luck for #LaurenSchmidtHissrich.
If I were one of the All-In besties, I’d launch the ALL-IN Black Card 💳
Perks fit for tech royalty:
- Access to members-only golf clubs
- Automatic top-tier status at Aman, Four Seasons & Rosewood
- Priority booking on private jet networks
- Invite-only access to Davos, F1 paddocks & courtside NBA
- Early allocation into exclusive VC/PE deals
A card that’s more passport than a payment method.

Crocs' stock plunged on weak demand. Don't just cut costs, reinvent the model!
My idea: The Jibbitz Marketplace.
👟 Open it up for artists & brands to sell their own designs (App Store model).
🖨️ Add in-store 3D printers for on-demand custom charms.
This creates a high-margin revenue stream with zero inventory risk. Turn the shoe into a canvas.

If I were CEO of @claires I'd transform it into a brick-and-mortar @Etsy!
We'd ditch the cheap imports and feature new, authentic handmade jewelry from independent artists every month.
A true reanimation of the brand. #Claires#Etsy#chriscramer#IfIwereCEOof
If I were running Target, I'd apply first principles.
The current algorithm is sub-optimal. Too much noise from low-margin essentials.
The fix is obvious: go full IKEA-mode on store design, but for our own exclusive Apparel & Home brands. A guided journey through an integrated lifestyle.
Maximize profit and signal, not just traffic. It's the only logical path.

This holiday season, Build-A-Bear released a movie, “Glisten and the Merry Mission” what could be a franchise. if the movie performs well, they now have something that they can springboard into brand extensions, more filmed content, more animation. And, toys.
I think this is a very genius idea to promote two movies at once as a combo that do not actually compete in terms of genre. I am talking about Oppenheimer and Barbie. Brilliant! I wonder who is in charge of this marketing effort.
@DarrenAronofsky Why wouldn’t you get a check mark for your real account? I am sure Twitter could do it even for free. It could avoid unnecessary confusion.
