@the_runesmith After completing his sidequest they learnt that he was the trapped god of the plains and could use him to summon other horses for the rest of the party.
I introduced the Rod of Dunholt earlier in the game but it wasn't used for ages. By the end he was one of the most beloved npcs

@the_runesmith Once the party left the urban exploration part of my game they started using a rod that summoned a magical horse called Dunholt.

He had a personality, goals and a voice that the group really latched on to and even if he was "killed" they'd resummon him the next day.

I think alot of how I visualise a cyberpunk world is built on the fundamentals form a 80/90s urbal sprawl
Blade really captures that sort of world
