BlackRock is pulling an ad that featured Thomas Crooks, the gunman who shot at Trump, injuring him and killing an attendee at a rally near Pittsburgh.

The ad, from 2022, included Crooks as an unpaid student in the background. BlackRock has removed the video and will provide footage to authorities.

The company condemned the assassination attempt and emphasized its commitment to promoting civility and unity.

BlackRock expressed relief that Trump wasn't seriously injured and extended sympathies to the victims.
